More than an ice cream shop
Scoops on the Corner was founded with a simple idea: great ice cream has a way of bringing people together.
Whether it’s celebrating a birthday, stopping in after a baseball game, ending a family dinner with dessert, or making a spontaneous drive-thru stop on a summer evening, we believe some of life’s best moments happen over a scoop of ice cream. That’s the experience we set out to create when we opened our doors in Longmont.
Every batch of ice cream is handcrafted using premium ingredients and fresh Colorado dairy, but what matters most to us is the joy it creates—bringing families together, giving friends a reason to gather, and making everyone who walks through our doors feel welcome.

Hi! We’re Nate and Morgan, the owners of Scoops on the Corner.
We started Scoops because we wanted to build something that brings joy to people every single day. Ice cream has always been more than dessert to us—it’s a reason to celebrate, catch up with friends, reward a little league win, or simply take a break from a busy day.
From creating new seasonal flavors to greeting customers behind the counter, we’re involved in every part of the shop because we genuinely love what we do. Nothing makes us happier than seeing familiar faces return week after week and watching new families discover their favorite flavor.
